Chicago's Gun Violence Epidemic
works by teresa hofheimer
september 12 — October 2, 2014
Teresa Hofheimer creates an important series of work concerning the impact that gun violence has on Chicago's neighborhoods. Hofheimer's work looks at death, its aftermath, and the imbecility of waste of our most precious resource, human life. This series asks challenging questions about the fallout from gun violence, the isolation of grief and the long reaching affects of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) on children and their development.
